Couple finding value
The staff were kind and helpful especially Jeff the bellman who went out of his way to make sure our check-in was smooth and our bags were handled with care plus the location was great just a short walk from all the popular spots
It was a bit pricey but honestly for the experience it was acceptable

Neat rooms, I had fairly nice experience.
The hotel had a central position just off Times Square, Central Park, and the public transportations. Liked the room on level 9, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. All the stuff where efficient and attentive giving some tips about the city.

A great looking hotel with lovely friendly employees at the reception desk. Magnificent location, an easy walk to Ed Sullivan Theater. Based right by 10-15 minute walk to Times Square and the City center.
Beds were a bit too soft.

Great location from which to explore that end of the city - an easy walk to the park and galleries. Good food nearby and handy for public transport. The room was really big, the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff on arrival and throughout my stay were lovely and even the maintenance guy who had to come twice due to an issue with the hot water was really nice and understanding (luckily or I would have yelled at him at that point).
Upon arrival into my room, I kicked off my shoes and walked across the room - to my horror, the floor was SOAKING wet! Like a proper puddle just under the surface of the carpet. They moved me to another room, but I was surprised they didn't seem more shocked or apologetic - like maybe it's happened before. They're in the middle of renovations so that might have had something to do with it and is apparently the reason for no hot water on the second day. That was eventually fixed after a couple of visits by the maintenance guy, but when you're only in NYC for 3 days, spending hours waiting for hot water is not good. I ended up checking out after only 2 nights (I'd booked 3). However, I did book it for rate which was excellent and for the price, I think it's fine - turns out I'm just less of a budget traveller than I realised.

The location of the otel is very good.
I have booked a double delux room but when we arrived the hotel they gave us a king size bed room at 11th floor. I complained immediately because we were 4 and needed 2 double beds and told them I am going to inform Booked.net. Then they offered me that they can add a foldable cot and they cannot do anything else. I had to accept. Additionally and unfortunately we have seen a big black spider and a dead bug in the room. Also there was renovation work going on at the floor and there were working carpenters and workers at the floor. All in all we are happy with the location of the hotel and the new decoration of the room but cleaness is not good.

Perfect spot for exploring NYC
Spent 1 night here and it was just what I needed. The room was cozy and comfy, and I loved that the bathroom was recently updated. The location was super convenient for walking around and checking out the city. They had free coffee and snacks in the lounge too. Just a bit noisy at night, but it's NYC, right?

This hotel has an excellent location, 5-10 mins walk to Time Square and subway. 15 mins walk to Central Park. The room is very clean and new, towels are changed everyday and with a nice smell. Although there is a construction area nearby, the room is quiet if you close the window. Staff was nice.
No free wi-fi (the hotel wants 10 bucks per day for wi-fi). Ac is kinda old and dusty, blowing dry air. The room is very small.

I really liked the location and the reasonable price for a New York City hotel.
I wish it was possible to get a king size bed in a standard room. Also, one night the ice machine was not working.
